ClearRoad is operated by NinetySix Technologies LLC. It provides a driver-facing tool that helps organize user-provided information into an editable traffic-court statement draft.

ClearRoad is not a law firm, attorney, government agency, court, or filing service. Use of the service does not create an attorney-client relationship. ClearRoad does not determine legal strategy, eligibility for a court procedure, deadlines, or the likelihood of any result.
Your responsibilities
- Provide only information you are authorized to use.
- Review and correct every part of the generated draft.
- Do not submit invented, misleading, or inaccurate statements.
- Verify court rules, forms, filing methods, fees, and deadlines directly with the court.
- Decide independently whether to obtain advice from a qualified attorney.
No guaranteed outcome or filing
ClearRoad does not promise dismissal, reduction, acceptance, eligibility, or any other court result. The service does not submit a draft to a court or agency on your behalf.
Purchase
The displayed price is a one-time charge for the ClearRoad drafting service described at checkout, not a subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe. Because the service delivers digital drafting functionality, completed purchases are generally final to the extent permitted by law, except where the service fails to perform as described or applicable law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use ClearRoad to create false or deceptive submissions.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated, suspended, or changed to maintain security, comply with law, or improve performance. ClearRoad does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers and limitation
ClearRoad is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for court decisions, missed deadlines, user-provided inaccuracies, or actions taken based on a draft. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
