Who operates ClearRoad
ClearRoad is operated by NinetySix Technologies LLC. ClearRoad is a separate driver-facing product experience and is not a law firm or government agency.
Information processed
When you use ClearRoad, the service may process the ticket image and details you provide, your description of the event, the generated draft, basic device and network information, support communications, and transaction-related records.
How information is used
- To generate and deliver the draft you request.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- To process the purchase and maintain transaction records.
- To prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Payment is handled through Stripe. Stripe receives the payment information needed to complete the transaction under its own privacy practices. ClearRoad does not need to receive your full card number.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to host, secure, process payments for, and operate ClearRoad. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used.
Your choices
Do not upload information you are not authorized to provide. You may request information about applicable privacy rights or deletion by contacting ninetysixapp@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, payment, or legal reasons.
Children
ClearRoad is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for people legally able to use the service and respond to a traffic matter.
